Step By Step parent coaching specializes in helping parents better understand the needs of their child. We offer a comprehensive range of services, such as parent conferences, teaching and learning resources, grade assessment, student performance support, and disciplinary advice. We also have expertise in special education, 504 plans, IEP's, suspension and expulsion hearings, behavior and intervention plans and development.
Our goal is to provide parents, teachers and administrators with the tools they need to maximize their student’s success. Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to helping families and educators create the best learning environment possible.

Our Parent Consultation service provides parents with confidential advice and suggestions to review their student's work, assess the situation and provide them with options for moving forward and improving their student's performance. We provide parents with up-to-date strategies, resources and techniques to help their student succeed.
Parent/Teacher Meeting Student Advocate

Our Parent Teacher Meeting Consulting service offers personalized support to parents and teachers. We attend Zoom meetings with parents and teachers, take detailed notes, provide suggestions and guidance, and send a follow-up email recap afterwards. Our goal is to help parents and teachers work together to ensure the best possible educational experience for your child.
Parent & School Administrator Meeting

We provide comprehensive Parent and Administrator conference consulting services, covering a wide range of topics including academics, classroom management, special education, social/emotional, testing, behavioral and/or disciplanary concerns, suspension and or expulsion. Our services are confidential and we provide our clients with expectations/emails prior to the meeting and follow-up recaps with next steps.
